Roofing Sales Associate

Position: Sales Rep – Charleston, South Carolina

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work on company provided leads and create self-generated leads
• Deliver in-person sales presentations to household decision maker(s), Actively listen to their needs to determine appropriate solutions.
• Prepare estimates based on current labor and material prices
• Meet with homeowners to assess storm damage to home’s exterior
• Meet with insurance adjusters to assist with inspections and complete sale
• Create and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 1 business day unless agreed upon beforehand (not expected while on PTO)
• Attend meetings
• Utilize company software
• Track and hit Agreed upon Metrics

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

• 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No Sales Experience Necessary
• Comfortable working in an unsupervised environment
• Ability to effectively utilize selling techniques that we will share
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Must have a mobile phone
• Ability to Pass Background Check
