Position: Administrative Assistant – Roofing Contractor
As an Administrative Assistant at Willow Ash Roofing you will work directly with the owner and management team to help streamline operations and allow the company to grow to new heights. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and stay organized while working with multiple software packages. We are planning to double our revenue this year and we want you to help keep us running efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily Standup Meeting (5-15 Minutes)
- Weekly Meeting with Management
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing and Updating CRM
- Client Email Communications
- Helping build and implement systems and processes and software
- Invoicing Clients
- Tracking Metrics
- Communication with External Team Members
- Construction Permitting
- Email and Calendar management.
- Accounts payable.
- Customer Satisfaction follow up.
- Email contact management.
Potential Additional Duties:
- Project Estimating
- Proposal Development
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in administrative support
- At Least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working with low supervision

Pay: $15 – $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Flexible if Part-Time
