Position: Project Manager – Charleston, SC Area

As a Project Manager at Willow Ash Roofing, you are responsible for overseeing a growing workload of projects by completing the following tasks:

• Taking initiative in completing all projects on time and on budget, with attention to providing the best possible experience for the client.
• Schedule and supervise daily construction activities in accordance with job schedules signed scopes of work.
• Ensure all material and equipment is on site ahead of schedule.
• Attend Daily stand-up meetings (5-15 Minutes)
• Utilize JobNimbus and Company Cam (or agreed-upon alternatives) for scheduling, notification, and documentation.
• Inspects and ensures that work is in compliance with governmental requirements/building codes and is completed per the approved contracts.
• Ensure all work performed by labor crews meets/exceeds Willoe Ash Roofing quality standards.
• Plan and schedule all construction activities on homes from pre-construction activity to QA completion.
• When warranted, conduct pre-construction meetings and final walkthroughs with customers.
• Responsible to deliver a “Zero Defect” project upon completion.
• Oversee the construction, inspection, and scheduling of the projects to ensure the home is completed within the allotted cycle time.
• Provide trade partner feedback to the immediate supervisor concerning the trade partner’s overall performance.
• Maintain records of all change orders, purchase orders, and inspections in the assigned community.
• Complete all trade partner POs upon satisfactory completion of work and validate all material deliveries for quantity and condition.
• Visit active projects once a day, at a minimum.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and compliance as required by State & Federal guidelines as well as Willow Ash Roofing Policy.
• Ensure all job sites are secured and proper signage is displayed.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled
• Able to manage a high volume of projects
• Other duties as assigned

Reporting

You will report directly to the Owner or CEO

Compensation Package:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 – $75,000 based on experience

Paid Time off: 15 Days per Year, accrued on a biweekly basis

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: Office and On-site
