Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work on company provided leads and create self-generated leads
- Deliver in-person sales presentations to household decision maker(s), Actively listen to their needs to determine appropriate solutions.
- Prepare estimates based on current labor and material prices
- Meet with homeowners to assess storm damage to home’s exterior
- Meet with insurance adjusters to assist with inspections and complete sale
- Create and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Respond to all phone calls and emails within 1 business day unless agreed upon beforehand (not expected while on PTO)
- Attend meetings
- Utilize company software
- Track and hit Agreed upon Metrics

Qualification & Skill Requirements:
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No Sales Experience Necessary
- Comfortable working in an unsupervised environment
- Ability to effectively utilize selling techniques that we will share
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Must have a mobile phone
- Ability to Pass Background Check
