Project Details

We resolved the problem by performing a full, code-compliant roof replacement:

Tear-off & Deck Repair: Stripped the old shingles down to the bare wood deck and replaced damaged wood sheeting to ensure a solid foundation.

Moisture Protection: Installed aluminum drip edges, self-adhering ice-and-water barrier in valleys and around pipes, and a double layer of synthetic underlayment across the entire roof deck.

Flashing & Shingle Installation: Replaced all pipe and wall flashings to code, then installed new Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles using a 6-nail pattern rated for 130 mph winds.

Ventilation & Drainage: Installed an Atlas ridge vent system for attic airflow and added new front and rear gutters to properly direct water away from the house.

Permits & Cleanup: Pulled the required city permit, hauled away all debris, and performed a magnetic sweep of the property to remove all loose nails.
